The Southwest Exchange receivership includes the two largest unsecured creditors of Medicor, Ltd.; Sirius Capital, LLC (“Sirius”) and International Integrated Industries, LLC (“International Integrated”). Medicor owes, Sirius and International Integrated together at least $68,539,186. This number gives the receivership a 95% interest in the unsecured debt of the Medicor bankruptcy case. As an exchanger, you may have a claim in the Medicor bankruptcy case.

· November 1, 2007 - Proof of Claim Form in the Medicor, Ltd. Bankruptcy Case. The Delaware Bankruptcy court has mailed proof of claims to exchangers in the Southwest Exchange case. As an exchanger, you may have a claim in the Medicor bankruptcy case. And, for this reason, you have been given a Proof of Claim and notice of the bar date to file a claim in the Medicor bankruptcy case. PLEASE NOTE that the deadline to file a claim is DECEMBER 3, 2007 AT 5:00 P.M. (PREVAILING EASTERN TIME). More information is available on the News & Events page.
